What to include in a support request
Fast support depends on clear context. If you are writing about a payment, include identifiers we can match to the exact record instead of a general description.
- Your merchant email address and project name.
- A payment ID, order ID, session ID, or provider reference number.
- The provider involved, such as eSewa, Khalti, or ConnectIPS.
- What happened, what you expected, and when it happened, including the date and approximate time.
- Any screenshots, error messages, callback URLs, or webhook delivery details that help narrow the issue quickly.
Self-serve resources
Some questions are faster to resolve directly through the dashboard or developer documentation.
Security reports
For suspected account compromise, exposed API keys, or a platform vulnerability, email support@paybridgenp.com and use a clear subject such as “Security Issue”. Include enough detail for us to reproduce and assess the issue safely.
