What to include in a support request

Fast support depends on clear context. If you are writing about a payment, include identifiers we can match to the exact record instead of a general description.

  • Your merchant email address and project name.
  • A payment ID, order ID, session ID, or provider reference number.
  • The provider involved, such as eSewa, Khalti, or ConnectIPS.
  • What happened, what you expected, and when it happened, including the date and approximate time.
  • Any screenshots, error messages, callback URLs, or webhook delivery details that help narrow the issue quickly.
