Name, address, and phone for orders placed with you, the same as any checkout. Nothing else.
How it shows up at checkout.
From the buyer's first save to the order landing in your dashboard.
Buyer saves once
After their first checkout, one SMS code saves their name, address, and preferred wallet. That's the whole signup.
Recognised next time
On any future PayBridgeNP checkout their details autofill instantly, in two seconds or often zero.
They pay in their wallet
They pay with eSewa, Khalti, or Fonepay as normal. Their wallet password never touches PayBridgeNP.
You get the order
Their details arrive in your dashboard like any other payment. No new fields, no new webhooks.

Questions, answered
What is PayBridgeNP ID?
PayBridgeNP ID is a buyer-side identity layer built into every PayBridgeNP hosted checkout. Shoppers save their phone, address, and preferred wallet once, then get recognised and pre-filled at every other PayBridgeNP merchant. You get faster, higher-converting checkout with no extra integration work.
Do I need to build anything to use it?
No. PayBridgeNP ID is built into the hosted checkout you already use. There is nothing to add to your website, your API call, or your dashboard. It surfaces automatically for returning buyers, and their details arrive with the order like any other payment.
What data does it store, and how is it protected?
It saves the buyer's name, phone, email, default address, and preferred wallet, all encrypted at rest, plus a passkey public key. It never stores eSewa, Khalti, or Fonepay passwords, card numbers, or bank accounts. Buyers can read, export, or delete everything at id.paybridgenp.com.
How do buyers sign in?
Buyers sign in with a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, or a device PIN) or a one-time code sent by SMS or email. Signed-in buyers are often recognised automatically at checkout, so they pay with no sign-in step at all.
Does PayBridgeNP ID cost anything?
No. PayBridgeNP ID is free with every PayBridgeNP integration. There is no separate fee, no setup, and no plan requirement. It is on by default for every merchant using PayBridgeNP hosted checkout.
A shopper, not a merchant?
id.paybridgenp.com is your home for everything PayBridgeNP. Sign in with a passkey, see your receipts and refunds, manage saved details, export your data, or delete your account, in नेपाली or English.
Open id.paybridgenp.comAlready on PayBridgeNP? It's on.
