No. PayBridgeNP charges a flat monthly plan fee only. Payments settle directly to your eSewa, Khalti, or Fonepay merchant account. You only pay the provider fees set by each payment provider.
Does PayBridgeNP hold my money?
No. Payments settle directly to your provider accounts. PayBridgeNP routes and tracks payments but never holds funds.
What is the difference between Growth and Pro?
Growth is designed for Shopify merchants and small businesses - it includes the Shopify Buy Now button, payment buttons, SMS notifications, billing, and 90-day analytics. Pro adds Fonepay Direct QR, MCP write access for AI agents, custom checkout domains, audit logs, webhook replay, and priority support.
Can I try premium features before upgrading?
Yes. Most paid features are fully available in sandbox mode on the Free plan, so you can test the entire integration before deciding to upgrade.
What are the provider transaction fees?
Provider fees are set by each provider. eSewa charges approximately 1.5% (configurable per merchant), Khalti charges 2%, and Fonepay fees vary by merchant agreement. Use the fee calculator to estimate your costs.
